Improving inclusion in work
for people with complex mental health issues
Research opportunity: Improving inclusion in work for people with complex mental
health issues
The University of Melbourne are seeking to interview participants for a research project
that aims to better understand how organisations can improve inclusion in work for
people living with complex mental health issues.
Interviews are expected to take 30-45 minutes and will involve a one-on-one discussion either online, by phone or in-person (Melbourne only). Study participants will receive findings providing guidance on workplace inclusion. They're also welcome to invite the lead researcher to present the findings at their organisation.
We’re interested in speaking to a diverse range of people with experience and/or knowledge related to inclusion in work for people living with complex mental health issues. For example, people living with mental health issues, employers, managers, co-workers, policymakers, employment consultants or specialists, or researchers.
